This is our solution, what do you think about it? 馃挕

Hello!馃憢
We are pleased that you are visiting our blog again.

After validating our solutions with the users and obtaining the solution that we will be executing during the development of our project, it is necessary to communicate that solution to our classmates and the teacher. For this reason, during the session of Friday we exposed the solutions to each of our problems, it was a very interesting session, and we learned a lot, because after all the presentations, advice and feedback were given to each of the teams, which is very important, because we know that it is difficult to think about everything and with this type of sessions we can realize something that we had not contemplated. After our presentation we felt a little crestfallen because we realized that we had omitted something very important in our presentation, the prototype; we were talking a little and we reflected that it was a mistake don’t add it in the presentation, and the main reason for not adding it was that, as we had worked with a prototype history type, it would take some time to explain it and we would not be able to comment on the other important points , but well, the important thing about this is to get up, shake and move on, in addition to taking it as a learning rather than a fall. 馃憤

The winner prototype can be reviewed in the next link:

After the presentations and the group feedback, in which we feel very excited because we receive very good ideas and recommendations from our colleagues, we begin to learn something that we consider very important, the team's goals. It is very important that, as a work team, we established goals that serve as an impulse towards improvement, in addition to the fact that, from the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of these goals, we can know how much progress we make. Some goals that TSPi sets us caused us to shaking chills, but we believe that it is part of the growth, at the beginning it gives you some nerve to think about not achieving the goal, but then, with a little encouragement and a lot of desire, everything is simpler. Also, we were learning about the “Launch” process that marks TSP, which represents a set of steps to be followed in order to establish the launch of the start of the project; by being a TSP, we know that it always represents a set of well-defined activities, so this process could not be the exception, so at first it seemed somewhat monstrous, but already with the explanation of the teacher we realized that It was not like that. 馃榾

Something that we consider to be very important in any aspect of life, is planning; our project is no an exception. We were learning about the development strategy proposed by TSP that must be defined for the execution of our project. This includes the establishment of the strategy, the conceptual design and the risk management. Finally, the topic of the development of the plan and the activities that TSPi marks for the development of this plan was discussed. We were very attentive on these issues, because we know they are very important for our project to succeed. 馃槈

The beginning of the week was somewhat different, because Monday was a holiday, and we didn't have class, so we don't work as we usually do. But, even if it looks like a disadvantage, we can take it as a way to recharge energy to start on Tuesday.

During these days, we were working with the declaration of work, or “statement of work”. Suddenly we had some doubts about whether what we were generating was correct, luckily on Wednesday the teacher explained some aspects of this document and we were able to resolve our doubts. It is very important to realize that, when we have any questions, ask as quickly as possible, because if we stay with them, we cannot move forward in the best way. In class, the presentations of some teams continued, and, although we had already presented, we were very attentive to be able to give our opinions to the other teams. The problems that are being solved in the group in general are very interesting, and, although we are not solving it, we also make notes on the comments to other teams in case they can serve us at some point. We have been learning a lot about these exhibitions, because they allow us to see from different perspectives and together help us generate more and better ideas. 馃榾

At one point we have worried a little when we are late with work, because we know that, if something is delayed a bit, more pending tasks can be delayed, so it is necessary to work things as soon as possible and, if we are wrong, to be able to lift us immediately. We have already started talking about the realization of the software and some of the tasks that we must carry out in the future such as the revision of the plan, definition of the data model, defining the implementation environment among several others; At the beginning we care a little, because it seems to be a lot of work, but hopefully everything goes very well and we finish our project successfully. 馃槑

Nice to have you with us, see you next week!

Yes we can, come on! 馃憣馃挭

Hello 馃檶 On Friday we had a visit in the classroom, teacher Maria invited Professor Sodel V谩squez, the goal was for each team to expose again, but time only the problem, the solution and the prototype would be exposed, this in just 2 minutes; with the intention of being more concise and not talking so much because in the long term it only ends up being boring people, then Sodel would give his opinion about our exhibition, we honestly never imagined that he would say what he said since he concentrated more about the way the team representatives presented, since they told us that, in general, we did not take advantage of the time because some teams that do not exceed 2 minutes made it very fast and nervous. Something that he also told us is that if in the future the application we cultivate we had to learn to sell things, make commercial requirements known to be able to get the attention of entrepreneurs and be able to sell the idea, also something he told us and that other...
