Last Friday we had an interesting dynamic in which
teams were created based on the role that each one had, team leaders with team
leaders, etc., the goal was for each team member to seek information on a
particular topic, by final team members share the information with their
development team, to gather all the information and, with it, choose a topic
that should solve a problem, the topics investigated were Megatrends, Mexico
and Zacatecas, their socioeconomic environment and family problems and students.
I researched the Megatrends and realized that more and more people or groups of
organizations are aware of changing the way of life of living beings as they
promote laws against pollution, create reusable technology to solve mainly the
problems with environment. My colleagues, for their part, found problems in the
socioeconomic environment, such as corruption, murder, support in the education
of minors, among others. When we shared the ideas we investigated in our team,
we learned that in the world there are problems of different types that affect
us directly or indirectly for this reason my team and I conclude that all
Zacatecas problems derive from the economic situation, this for me it made me
feel worried because the economy moves everything and if the economy is not
well, everything starts to collapse from unemployment to low support for
education.
After having chosen the topic (economy in Zacatecas)
through a brainstorm where the whole team contributed to the problems caused by
the economy in Zacatecas, in this activity we all contribute good ideas that
hurt us about the economy, we created a very long list of problems derived from
the economy from which we had to choose the favorites.
On Monday we had to define the problem that we are
going to attack on the economy in Zacatecas, personally it was difficult since
we were used to a definite problem and we only thought about the solution. We
had two problems postulated as favorites to solve, of which the teacher
recommended that we limit them as much as possible in order to define whether
it was a problem or simply a situation; the postulates were the harassment of
women, of which if it is a problem but it cannot be limited to the minimum
since finding the extreme users would be difficult since they would not access
easily and they are already thinking about solutions that we would have no way
of verifying that our solution works without the risk of putting people in
danger.
The second favorite problem is the agglomeration on
the buses. This problem hurts us all, since most students travel by bus and
wait for the bus, especially at rush hour, it is hell since the number of
people waiting for a bus conflicts with people to take the bus. route first and
take a place, also not only thinking of students of the UAZ but also of people
in general, students of the different educational institutions that exist in
Zacatecas that use buses that go through the same situation as us and people
who aim move somewhere in Zacatecas; due to this situation, we choose to solve
the problem of agglomeration during rush hours.
We also learned that to solve a problem we must first
reach the extreme users, giving them a possible solution to their long wait, this
me it made me feel very excited since we have the risk that our problem to
solve is a success in Zacatecas or that it is simply a failure, but it is a
risk that we are going to take. We also saw and learned new concepts which are
the Jobs to be done which will help us what users do to solve the agglomeration
of public transport, which is what hurts them from this problem and how they
would feel if they were resolved.
On Wednesday, the professor made a retrospective
(scolded) of the things that should be done, so that this whole process goes well.
One of the mentioned aspects was the weekly delivery of the blog that should be
done every Friday at 12:30. Where we realized that we all failed as a team the
cause, I need to get more into our role to be able to deliver the blog on time
since for issues of reviews, blog design and misunderstandings regarding the
delivery date it was delivered long after this changed some agreements already
established, this in order to accelerate the delivery process, this particular
situation made us all decayed since we thought we were doing a good job,
fortunately we were co-arranged in time so that this does not return happen.
