This week we learned that inspections are when one or more people review the work  of other companions to detect defects and are very important because they ensure the quality of our product. It is done in the requirements phase, but first to be able to review the work of our colleagues we must know what we will inspect. After our work will be reviewed by other colleagues, they must report the defects found to be corrected. Another way to check the quality is through walks this is reviewed on the fly and is less formal. Checklists are recommended as a review tool because it is a simple way to specify the aspects taken into account for the review. Now as a team we must choose which will be the best review option that suits our way of working.

On Friday we were working on the Project plan, we decided to stick to the Laporte templates, we thought we had to fill in all the sections that appeared in the template of the document, we had difficulties because there were sections we didn't understood, we felt totally lost because we couldn't keep moving forward😔 , after asking the teacher she told us that we could adapt it to our needs and that we only focus on the essential aspects based on the checklist that would be provided.


On Monday, the teacher explained how the Project plan  would be realized out and the essential information that it should contain, she explain the milestones section because they are date probably the basis for the execution  and delivery in time of each of the activities.
After continuing to explain the deliverable PM2, this made us feel very happy because we saw that we were not so delayed in the delivery of the documents because we had finished the  Project plan document and started with the first sections of  PM2.😃😄

This week was very productive because we also made the templates for the correction record and the product acceptance record that was very simple because we only adapted them to the standard defined above to  have the documents ready to use  in the following phases.📝


Then, we continued working on the Progress Status Record that is used for the administration of the project. For this, we seek a tool to make our tracking board, we chose the Trello tool because it covered more with the required aspects and is easy to use. After start  placing the cards with an end date we begin to feel more worry and a little stress when we see that there are many things to do and time🕒 is going by very fast although we are trying to be calm and move forward as best we can. We learned that it is more efficient to have separate tasks atomic because it is easier to predict the time it will take to execute them and the estimate can be more accurate.

This week we have an exposition with external people, we are excited to know what they  opinion of our idea and to listen to the advice they could give us to improve our application, we are nervous but at the same time with the best attitude to presentes our problem and your solution. For our presentation it occurred to us to record a video where we really see that the problem of "Insufficient space in public transport during peak hours in the capital of Zacatecas" is presented, for this we go to the public transport stop of "Campus UAZ XXI century" and these were the results .😎

Hello 🙌 On Friday we had a visit in the classroom, teacher Maria invited Professor Sodel Vásquez, the goal was for each team to expose again, but time only the problem, the solution and the prototype would be exposed, this in just 2 minutes; with the intention of being more concise and not talking so much because in the long term it only ends up being boring people, then Sodel would give his opinion about our exhibition, we honestly never imagined that he would say what he said since he concentrated more about the way the team representatives presented, since they told us that, in general, we did not take advantage of the time because some teams that do not exceed 2 minutes made it very fast and nervous.
