The Friday 4th the teacher told us a little
about some things that we should include in our documentation. She emphasized
that we shouldn’t generate many documents with repeated information. We have
worked hard to cover all the topics that the teacher exposes following the ISO
manuals that share to us. For this reason, we have tried to make all possible
reports very clear and covered, which caused the generation of big documents.
Even if it looks a lot of documentation, we
have learned a lot and we have empathized into the project in a personal level
a lot. And now we know that some information could be added in other documents
already created, avoiding the creation of mountains of them.
The same day, after the class and new instructions
from the teacher we will have to change some documents. We understand that
things must be done in the best possible way and, our commitment to society by
delivering a solution to the problem makes us move forward.
This Monday 7th we review a bit the activities
we have already done. The teacher gave feedback to the teams and, as expected
(obvious from our great effort together), the teacher says that we have no
comments, in fact it was the opposite. And it makes us feel very motivated.
During Tuesday 8th we have been working on the
corrections that she indicated we can modify; we improved our Gantt chart. As
we begin to ensure quality in a more formal way through inspections.
On Wednesday 9th, although there were no classes,
the work didn’t forgive. We start the design through a class diagram. Everyone
has been making their diagram based on a distribution of system functionalities.
This Thursday 10th we work on integrating each
of the modules (with their classes) that each one developed for their diagram.
The system starts to look well and have a real form, but thanks to this
pre-design we begin to notice things and more techniques as the types of users,
the logic of operation etc ... Even if each of us, even if we do not say so, we
are very excited to start coding.

is only possible to go forward when you look beyond.”
