Finishing first sprint💪😃👍😏

The clear evidence that two members were not working 😂 It's a team joke  😆😂😜.

This week we were learning the issue of sprint review where we analyze what was done and what is pending as well as the positive and negative things. In addition to that we review with the team what was learned either with tools, people, relationships and most importantly what each team member learned. In this phase, it is verify  the goals established for the team, product, roles, quality and personnel were met.

Once this is done, the next step is postmortem phase, where improvements are proposed for the new sprint, of preference small changes so that they can be fulfilled. After this you have to go to validate the product with different people to have a feedback and know what we should work to improve our product.

We put all our effort  in the development of our application we face complicated situations because we must have a fast learning because they are technologies that we do not have a great knowledge, which implies that we have doubts in the management of certain activities but we are moving as fast as possible to finish our iteration, although there have been problems with the tools and with the pressure we feel against time, we try to handle these unforeseen events and see that this does not affect our first iteration so much.

First we showed the teacher the progress we were  from our application, was not yet completely finished but we already had progress of which we were happy with what we had achieved. It has taken us more time than planned to carry out each of the activities because we have to be developing and learning at the same time.

On Tuesday the teacher  said we   would have to present our application. The application should comply with what was specified in the documentation,  really should solved the problem posed,  the user stories specified for the first iteration are represented in the product and that our product was according to the proposed design.


After working long hours, leaving late, stress, fatigue accumulated; as a team, we are pleased to see that our product already has the functionalities that give the user more value because thanks to the effort of each of members and  work realized  in team .Because each of us was clear about the main objective that is to be able to help society solve a problem through technology and knowledge already acquired.

After a week full of work we needed to clear ourselves a little to return with more energy and enthusiasm to continue developing our product, we already had an invitation from our friend Viry  and the one we had been suspending due to the accumulated work, but we decided   accept the invitation as a team we decided go to the cinema to see the Maleficent movie😊 .




After we resumed activities we are putting our best effort into the realization of our product and now we are nervous to know what others think and to know the feedback that the teacher will give us from the first sprint💻.
