Secoond Sprint

We are already in the second sprint!
Friday was a day of many emotions, after almost a month with the first iteration, we finally delivered the functionalities for this sprint, although of the 6 user stories we said we would build, we could only do 5; it was satisfactory since each member of the team made a user story. Being able to deliver the minimum viable product excited us a lot since the first sprint seemed endless, but thanks to the effort of the whole team we were able to finish it. After the teacher evaluated our work, we took time to live with the classmates sharing a delicious "pan de muerto" made in the bakery of our partner Raúl and a delicious chocolate made by José Luis Zorrilla, this relaxed us a bit and we also began to reflect on this beautiful tradition of the "día de muertos".

On Monday we began to see the plan for the second iteration, the teacher presented us a table where the tasks were shared, he suggested that. We do something like that, we were relieved to know that for this iteration the documentation that is done will be less, but we must continue documenting everything 😊. The same day we started to perform validations with more than 10 users, we are pleased to know that they like our application, since there were more positive comments and only some things to add or change, such as the color that was used for the first iteration was orange , but due to the comments we did not realize that we should change that.

On Tuesday we had the retrospective that our team leader asked us three questions: the first was What have we done? the second What was done wrong? And the last one, how would it be improved? In general, we all agree that we should have a better distribution of hours and not take so much time to do things, we conclude that for this iteration we will be more agile in our work.

On Wednesday we officially start the second iteration creating our iteration plan, the user stories that will be built will be 5, we all feel able to finish everything since in the first sprint a learning curve was created, that same day we started with design.

On Thursday we continue designing the dynamic diagrams and doing the personal reviews; this week we do not feel it as heavy as some previous ones, feel satisfied with our work and the rhythm we have for the beginning of the first iteration is constant and without any delay.

This is our solution, what do you think about it? 💡

Hello!👋 We are pleased that you are visiting our blog again. After validating our solutions with the users and obtaining the solution that we will be executing during the development of our project, it is necessary to communicate that solution to our classmates and the teacher. For this reason, during the session of Friday we exposed the solutions to each of our problems, it was a very interesting session, and we learned a lot, because after all the presentations, advice and feedback were given to each of the teams, which is very important, because we know that it is difficult to think about everything and with this type of sessions we can realize something that we had not contemplated. After our presentation we felt a little crestfallen because we realized that we had omitted something very important in our presentation, the prototype; we were talking a little and we reflected that it was a mistake don’t add it in the presentation, and the main reason for not adding it was t...

Yes we can, come on! 👌💪

Hello 🙌 On Friday we had a visit in the classroom, teacher Maria invited Professor Sodel Vásquez, the goal was for each team to expose again, but time only the problem, the solution and the prototype would be exposed, this in just 2 minutes; with the intention of being more concise and not talking so much because in the long term it only ends up being boring people, then Sodel would give his opinion about our exhibition, we honestly never imagined that he would say what he said since he concentrated more about the way the team representatives presented, since they told us that, in general, we did not take advantage of the time because some teams that do not exceed 2 minutes made it very fast and nervous. Something that he also told us is that if in the future the application we cultivate we had to learn to sell things, make commercial requirements known to be able to get the attention of entrepreneurs and be able to sell the idea, also something he told us and that other...
